At Hamdan Finds, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to offer a smooth and fair return process. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (where possible).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery.

  • Used, washed, or worn items (unless defective).

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene products) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We will provide the return address and instructions after your return request is approved.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before they are processed. Once processing begins, we cannot cancel the order. If your order has shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number in the email.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
